Welcome to an exciting New Year that I am pleased to kick off with positive news from Bentley Homes.

In 2011 we launched an aggressive company-wide campaign to “Build out of the Recession” and we are grateful to see our efforts are proving fruitful. In just the first few days of the year we are seeing sales activity in several of our communities and we are hard at work on the first floor of our Philadelphia Magazine Design Home.

In response to recent industry inquiries about the recovery of the home building industry, I honestly believe we at Bentley Homes have weathered the storm and are successfully building an even stronger community of homes for our future.

Moving forward with cautious optimism, I am pleased to share with you what Bentley Homes has “under construction” in 2012.
